By reserving a driver and vehicle through us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions and further authorize Executive Shuttle Service Ltd. to charge your credit card for payments relating to your reservation including but not limited to charges for cancellations, no shows, cleaning, and damages.
Cancellation Policy - When you book a vehicle, it will be reserved exclusively for you and your party. Cancellations are very costly to our business and if you forget to cancel your reservation, we miss the opportunity to serve other clients. You may cancel your reservation without charge by contacting us 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. If you give less notice than this, a late cancellation charge will be made to your credit card. The late cancellation charge will be equal to 100% of the reservation price. This charge is waived if you purchased our Cancellation Insurance.
Damage Policy - Any damages such as stains, tears in upholstery, burns, etc. caused to the vehicle by you or your guests will result in a minimum charge of $100.00, based on cost of damage (final cost is charged when damage is repaired).
Cleaning Policy - If you or any of your guests get sick in the vehicle or if interior of vehicle is left excessively dirty, a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged (final cost is charged when bill is received from detailing shop).
Alcohol and Refreshments - Executive Shuttle Service Ltd. is licensed through AGLC and alcohol and refreshments are available for consumption during your trip and must be purchased through Executive Shuttle Service Ltd. Liquor brought into the vehicle by clients and passengers is not permitted.
No Smoking Policy - Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.
No Guarantee of Arrival - Your driver will do everything possible to ensure that you arrive at your destination safely and on time. But sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control where we cannot guarantee arrival at your destination on time. These circumstances include but are not limited to traffic congestion, accidents, inclement weather, bad road conditions, etc.
